Wrongful death lawsuit filed in Toledo by crash victim's family

The family of a plane crash victim has filed a wrongful death lawsuit in Toledo's Lucas County Common Pleas Court.

The suit against Grand Aire Express, which is based in Toledo, and TriCoastal Air, Inc., and Fairchild Aircraft, Inc., alleges negligence. The crash killed Abdulgader Zbedah, a Grand Aire Express pilot, on Feb. 8, 2006, in rural northwestern Tennessee, according to the Toledo Blade.
