Deep freeze in Toledo area leads to multiple car crashes

Temperatures hovering around the single digits since Sunday have made for difficult driving in Toledo and the rest of northwest Ohio, causing multiple auto accidents. Though ODOT was throwing salt on the roads, the cold temperatures made it less effective than normal, according to a story in the Toledo Blade.
