Boy Injured after being hit by Car

This morning, a 12-year-old Toledo boy was injured when he ran across South Avenue and was hit by a car.

Jason Czerniakowski was taken to Toledo Hospital where he was listed in serious condition, said authorities. The vehicle driver was not hurt in the accident.

The boy was cited for crossing the road outside of the crossing walk.
